Honeysuckle flowers are the perfect sweet chinchilla treat!
Our organic honeysuckle consists of dried flower buds from the Lonicera japonica plant and is completely chinchilla safe! We recommend a small pinch of honeysuckle buds no more than once daily. It can be put into cholla wood to make a chewable foraging toy or simply used to garnish chinchilla food. They also make great training treats because they are not filling and you can give several buds in a session.
You will receive a 1 oz bag of organic honeysuckle buds.
All treats should be introduced slowly and never given to chinchillas younger than 6 months.
Remember to use treats in moderation!
